A group of pharmacists who are here to answer medication related questions.
Why are we doing this?
We understand that healthcare providers in primary care may encounter medication-related enquiries but not everyone has the resources and time to do the research from reliable databases and come up with a conclusion.
Hence we are here to facilitate the process by going through the resources and answer them for you!
What is our ultimate goal?
To help reduce medication errors in the primary healthcare setting.
Secondary and tertiary healthcare providers have access to pharmacist services within the hospital to turn to, but this is not the case for all primary healthcare providers. Therefore we are here to bridge the communication gap between primary healthcare providers and promote a safer healthcare community.
